Welcome Beauties!! My name is Sophia Smith, and I am the creative force behind our unique collection of waistbeads and handmade jewelry. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I have nurtured a passion for arts and crafts from a young age. This love for creating beautiful things led me to discover waist beads.
In 2019, I founded my business with the goal of sharing the confidence and beauty that waistbeads brought into my life. Each piece I create is crafted with care and intention, designed to help women feel empowered, confident, and connected to their bodies. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns of the beads are more than just adornments; they are a celebration of femininity and individuality.
Crafting has always been a source of calm and solace for me, helping to ease anxiety and allowing me to express my creativity. I am grateful for the opportunity to create pieces that resonate deeply with so many women....men too! The joy of meeting new people and being apart of their personal journeys through my jewelry is incredibly rewarding.
I am also proud to share that some our waist beads are shipped directly from Ghana, Africa. We have partnered with a women's and children shelter there, providing them with a platform to create and sell waistbeads. This collaboration not only supports their community but also brings a special touch of authenticity and cultural heritage to our products. So Phi Beauty Beads would not be the same without a special touch from the Motherland.
