Returns
No returns or exchanges in general. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Items purchased in suite are non-fundable.  No exceptions.

If shipped items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email info@SoPhiBeautyBeads.com for additional assistance.

No returns on incorrect items selected by you Beauty, sorry!

We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address we will happily re-ship your package.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are damaged or if the wrong item is shipped. If an item is not available at the time of exchange a store credit will be issued. For exchanges send us an email at SoPhiBeautyBeads@gmail.com.  Once your return has been approved, please mail your item to: P.O. Box 2009, Mableton, Georgia 30126.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Style of Waistbeads

So Phi Beauty Beads offers two types of waistbeads, Ghana tie-on and removeable waistbeads with clasp.  All waistbeads listed under the category "Ghana Tie-On" are waistbeads on a cotton string that are tied on the waist and the extra beads removed and remaining string cut off.  These beads are not removed.  In order to remove the tie-one waistbeads, the string may have to be cut in order to remove the waistbeads unless you have lost a significant amount of weight allowing the beads to be removed over the hips or above the shoulders.  

All waistbeads listed under category "waistbeads" are on a elastic stretchy string with a clasp on the end allowing for easy removal.  These waistbeads do stretch but should not be stretched too much.  Stretching too much can cause your waistbeads to break.   Before ordering, please make sure that you make a selection from the correct category as waistbeads cannot be exchanged or returned due to customer error.
